2. If registering, you will also need to fill out the Carpe Diem Arts Medical Form and Waiver.
3. You may also by check (to avoid PayPal fees). Send check payable to Carpe Diem Arts, 9207 Long Branch Parkway, Silver Spring, MD 20901.
Note: In order for us to reserve a space, a deposit of 50% must be paid at the time of registration ($437.50). The balance is due June 1st. We welcome full payment before June 1, if possible.

*CANCELLATION POLICY: If cancellation is made before May 1st, we can offer a full refund, minus $75. If cancellation is made at least one month prior to the start date of camp, we can offer a 50% tuition refund. We cannot give any refunds within one month of camp’s start unless you are able to find another camper to fill the place.
